Hello Friends,
Welcome to this very special - Valentines Day Edition - Yoga Practice.
It's such a pleasure to be welcoming you into the studio and to have this opportunity to slow down and share this time together through the practice of yoga.
Thank you for joining me in the studio and for taking the time to create a little more space in your body, and a little more ease in your mind.
Comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and a bottle of water is all you will need.
Mats are available in-studio for use, you are also welcome to bring your own.
