I'm so Glad You're Here.

Blue Zone Wellness was born from a simple but powerful idea: that wellness should be accessible to everyone—regardless of experience, flexibility, or background. You don’t need to touch your toes or quiet your mind on command. You just need to show up, as you are.

As the single and only parent of two young boys, a myofascial release and massage therapist, and a student and practitioner of yoga, I know what it means to be pulled in many directions. This studio is a reflection of the practices that have helped me stay grounded and strong through it all. They’ve supported me in times of stress, helped me rebuild strength, and reminded me to breathe. Now, I’m honoured to share them with you.

My vision for Blue Zone Wellness is to build a better life for my family and contribute something meaningful to the incredible Weston community: a place for strength, connection, healing—and a little bit of fun (and a lot of tea). My hope is that this becomes a space where you feel welcomed, supported, and inspired to create whatever you need most in your own life.

As Blue Zone Wellness grows, I’ll be expanding with more classes, workshops, and events. I can’t wait to meet you, hear your story, and support you on your journey.

You Might be Wondering...

Blue Zone Wellness is for everybody. Our yoga and wellness offerings are designed to meet you wherever you are—no matter your age, body shape, or fitness level. Whether you’re new to yoga, have years of experience, or are simply looking for ways to feel and move better, you’ll find a welcoming space here.
Yoga helps improve strength, balance, and flexibility in ways that feel good for your body, no matter where you’re starting from. It can also reduce stress, ease aches and pains, and leave you feeling more relaxed and energized.
If you’ve never tried yoga or feel like it’s not for you, I get it! But yoga isn’t about touching your toes or doing fancy poses—it’s about moving in ways that work for you and feeling better in your body and mind. At Blue Zone Wellness, we offer classes that are welcoming, beginner-friendly, and tailored to real people with real lives.
Wear anything comfortable that lets you move easily—loose-fitting clothes, leggings, or a t-shirt and shorts are all great options. Yoga is done barefoot, so no special footwear is needed. If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it, but don’t worry if you don’t—I have mats available for you to use. Most importantly, bring yourself, an open mind, and maybe a bottle of water. That’s all you need to get started!
Yes! Blue Zone Wellness is meant to be a community space, and I welcome others to use it for offerings that support connection, healing, creativity, and wellbeing. If you’re interested in renting the space, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d love to hear what you have in mind.
