Flow - Hatha Yoga

We're blending the foundational postures (asanas) of Hatha Yoga with a gentle flow of movement, synchronized with the breath. We'll find some deep releasing stretches and build strength in muscles you may have forgotten you even have.

This class cultivates balance, strength, flexibility & mindfulness.

Suitable for those with some yoga experience.
