Gentle-Flow Hatha Yoga

Would you like to reduce stress, improve circulation, alleviate muscle tension or ease your way into a consistent yoga practice? I invite you to join us for this nurturing practice.

Unwind & reconnect with your body & breath in our Gentle-Flow Hatha Yoga class.

This practice is a little bit slower & super nourishing. We'll explore foundational yoga postures, nourishing stretches & increase body awareness for the ultimate feel-good practice.
